Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy at https://eda.so/privacy carefully before using the services offered by Natureza Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Natureza," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Natureza and you ("you," "your") that governs your use of the EDA mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

EDA provides AI-powered food tracking, healthy eating challenges, rewards, and general wellness information. The App allows users to track meals, receive AI-generated insights, and participate in gamified healthy eating programs. Some Services may be unavailable at any time, and we reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue Services in our sole discretion.

EDA's AI features are powered by third-party technology and may generate suggestions based on automated algorithms. Results may not be accurate.

2. Who Can Use the Services

You must be at least 12 years old to use EDA and not otherwise barred from using the Services under applicable law. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. To use certain features, you may need to create a personal account with us ("Account") using your email or another authorized method. You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and are liable for all activities under your Account.

3. EDA Content

All intellectual property rights in the App and Services, including text, graphics, images, trademarks, and proprietary technology ("EDA Content"), belong to Natureza or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: (a) sell or commercialize the Services; (b) copy, modify, or create derivative works; (c) reverse engineer or decompile the App; (d) sublicense, lease, or distribute the Services; or (e) use the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4. User-Generated Content

The Services may allow you to submit photos, meal logs, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Natureza and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content to operate and improve the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. User Content may remain accessible even after deletion. Content you share publicly may be visible to others.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

EDA is free to download with optional paid subscriptions at $6.99 per week or $49.99 per year. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Payments are non-refundable except as provided under Apple's policies. You may cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, offensive, or harmful content;
• Share content promoting unsafe eating practices;
• Harass or discriminate against others;
• Use the Services to harm or exploit others;
• Interfere with the Services' operation.

We may remove content or suspend access if you violate these Terms.

7. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor use of the Services and remove content or suspend Accounts at our discretion to ensure legal compliance or protect our community.

8. Feedback

You may submit feedback to us, which we may use without restriction or obligation to you.

9. Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on EDA infringes your copyright, notify us at me@eda.so with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work;
• Description of infringing content and location;
• Your contact details;
• A statement of good faith belief and your signature.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Natureza is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We are not responsible for personal injury or health issues resulting from reliance on the App. Always consult a healthcare professional for health-related decisions.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Delaware law. You agree to resolve disputes exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, USA.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time without notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will cease immediately.
